📦 Order Reception 


📅 When will I receive my order?

We carefully process your order and strive to deliver it within 4 to 12 business days. This timeframe includes preparation, production of certain items, and free shipping. We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible without compromising product quality.


📦 My order is incomplete

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and the shipping warehouse. No worries—your remaining items will arrive shortly!


🚚 I haven’t received my order

If you experience any issues with delivery (lost, damaged, or broken package), we’re here to help!

With our secure shipping, ShellVibe takes care of disputes for you. Unlike other stores, we don’t leave you to handle it on your own with the carrier. We take full responsibility and will immediately resend a new package at no extra cost to you.

Yes! You can modify your order as long as it is not yet being processed.

Yes, you can cancel your order! However, if your order is already being prepared, a cancellation fee of 40% of the purchase price will apply.

🔄 I want to return an item


We only accept returns in the case of a proven defect.

All our products go through strict quality checks before shipping. However, if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please email us a photo of the item (preferably in its original packaging) along with your order number at contact@shellvibe.com.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

ShellVibe ships worldwide in full compliance with regulations. However, the buyer is responsible for any import taxes that may apply in their country. We do not assume responsibility for these charges.
