If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
14-Day Return Policy:
We gladly accept returns within 14 days after the reception date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.
How to Initiate a Return:

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories if you have provided.

Include RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
In the case of a damaged product or an error on our part, no return costs will be charged to the customer.We will replace the defective item at no extra cost, and your new parcel will be delivered within the site's normal delivery times: 1 to 3 days (Monday to Friday) for dispatch and 7 to 14 days for delivery (Monday to Friday).
EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@shellvibes.com.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you return shipping information, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We may ask you to send the product directly to the manufacturing facility. Be aware that these shipments may cost more when you mail the item.
CHANGE OF MIND
If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us at support@shellvibe.com. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs are at your expense.Upon receipt of the parcel by our team, an inspection of the parcel will be carried out to validate that the returned product is intact. If the inspection is successful, we will proceed to refund your order according to our Refund Policy.
Only products that are in new condition, that have never been worn, used or damaged by normal use of the product can be exchanged.
In the event of a change of mind, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items are non-refundable, including:

RESTOCKING FEES
We do not charge restocking fees on returns.
REFUNDS
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval status of your refund. Should your refund be approved, the reimbursement will be processed back to your original method of payment without delay.
