Delivery Timeline

Artisan Handling: Please allow 1 business day (Monday - Friday) for our team to carefully inspect and prepare your jewelry. Every piece undergoes a dedicated production process to ensure it meets our Parisian quality standards before being shipped directly from our artisan partners.

Transit Time: After the handling period, your coastal treasure will typically arrive within 7–12 business days for the United States and 10–15 business days for international orders.
Follow the Tide (Tracking) Every order is fully tracked. Once your parcel begins its journey, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow its voyage until it safely reaches your doorstep.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Coordination
To ensure your treasures reach you safely, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is dispatched, ShellVibe cannot modify the delivery path. If a package is flagged as "undeliverable" or "incorrect address" by the carrier, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier directly to redirect the parcel or correct the details. ShellVibe is not responsible for lost items due to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase. Should a package be returned to us, we will be happy to reship it to you; however, additional shipping fees may apply.
Premium Shell-Protection (Shipping Insurance)
To provide our customers with total peace of mind, we offer Premium Shell-Protection at checkout. This optional service ensures that your handcrafted treasures are protected from the moment they leave our shores until they arrive at your door.
What is covered?

Loss in Transit: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier or has not moved for more than 20 business days (30 days for international orders), we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.

Damage Upon Arrival: If your jewelry arrives broken or damaged due to postal handling, simply send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will rush a new piece to you.

Theft (Delivered but Missing): If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, we will assist with a claim and provide a one-time replacement after a 5-day waiting period.

If you encounter any of the issues above and purchased the Premium Shell-Protection, please contact us at contact@shellvibe.com with your order number. Our team will prioritize your request and process your replacement within 48 hours.
Note: Orders placed without Premium Shell-Protection are subject to standard carrier claim timelines and are not guaranteed for immediate replacement by ShellVibe.
